Caregivers, educators, and small community groups may share, print, and discuss the educational content on this site for non-commercial educational purposes, provided the Foundation is credited and links to the original content are preserved where applicable. Commercial use, republication, or use in for-profit programs requires written permission.
All content on this Service — including the Rhythm and Rhyme Learning System framework, the Learning Engine, the seven-stage model, the three conditions, the Guru character and likeness, the website design, written materials, videos, and graphics — is the property of Rhythm and Rhyme Foundation Inc or its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
"The Rhythm and Rhyme Learning System," "Rhythm and Rhyme," and "Guru" (in the educational context described on this site) are trademarks of Rhythm and Rhyme Foundation Inc.
All donations to Rhythm and Rhyme Foundation Inc are processed through our third-party payment provider, Every.org. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. The Foundation will provide receipts as required for tax purposes. Donations are non-refundable except in cases of fraud or processing error.
When you subscribe to receive emails from the Foundation, you consent to receive newsletters, updates about the Guru Series, and occasional communications about the Foundation's work. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any email.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Foundation. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

The Service is intended for caregivers and adults who support the development of children. We do not direct any portion of the Service to children under 16, nor do we knowingly collect personal information from them.
